POWER OF NONCHALANCE

“The first thing I listened to was ‘Burn The Shame’. I felt a change immediately. And then ‘Power of Nonchalance’ came out, so I blind-bought it. That’s when I realized how much I’ve been making my own life difficult. And ‘Power of Nonchalance’ literally changed my entire perception of life. If I could give myself advice when I was 20, I would say to myself: listen to ‘Burn The Shame’ first, and then ‘Power of Nonchalance’. I would be much further ahead and in a MUCH simpler way.”

Stress and tension are some of the biggest obstacles to success

People who are tense don’t make money. Because money is earned by those who are relaxed, who give the impression that everything comes nice and easy for them. And it’s not that they are relaxed to the point of being careless. They are relaxed because they have skills and understand the mind-body connection. Because if your body is tense, if your mind is tense, you block the flow of energy and inevitably, you cannot be effective!

— Paraphrase Dan Gable

Do you want to get rid of the heavy stress and negative energy that weighs you down?

Then order my program now to fight your nerves and become The Master of Nonchalance

When you're stressed, people see you as weak

“Any expression of nervousness, uncertainty, or self-consciousness will cause you to appear weak and will affect the judges’ decision. The audience, too, is very sensitive and will pick up on any negative emotions.”

— Mike Mentzer

That is, if you are nervous you seem weak, and people are very sensitive to these types of negative emotions. Whether it’s work, business, a sales conversation, a date or your private life. The nervous energy of stress and tension in every area of your life not only makes you seem weaker, but actually causes you to achieve less. Ironically, you achieve less in a more difficult way, because when you’re tense, everything cost more effort. In this program we will talk about how to give the impression of being stronger, how to be stronger mentally, how to have more charisma, be more charming, and make other people like you.

It's about time you get rid of this heavy energy.
Order this program today and transform your mentality

“I certainly think that it is better to be impetuous than cautious, for fortune is a woman, and it is necessary if you wish to master her, to conquer her by force.”

— Machiavelli

This toxic energy of stress and tension not only pushes away success but also other people, everything alive, and everything good

Nothing is more repellent to others than this needy, dirty energy. Nothing destroys your life as much as this constantly tense nerve.

Hustling is for morons and amateurs

People tend to exaggerate, to try too hard, to strain too much. This isn’t the way. Everyone encourages and promotes this crazy approach of giving 110% effort all day long. This is moronic advice for morons. Virtually every success is a marathon, not a sprint. Every advanced, experienced and well-rounded powerlifter will tell you that when building strength, you can’t always train to muscle failure. In fact, the best powerlifters train with a margin most of the time. Because strength is built, not tested.

The same is true in virtually every area of life. You have to build yourself, your skills, your career, or your business. Not test them. It’s like this pendulum – the more you pull it to one side, the more it will bounce back to the opposite side. That’s why I don’t like the personal development industry and all this bullshit about hustling – it’s often nonsense and a martyr mentality, which is one of the biggest roadblocks to winning. So start using the lever and stop making it difficult for yourself. This program will help you transition out of the martyr mentality, the stress, and the heavy energy into real achievement, just as high-performance people actually do.

Remember, stress and tension not only prevent you from winning but from living a good life

Just some of the studied effects of stress

  • Physiological reactions, including: decreased immunity, hypersensitivity to stimuli, skin problems

  • Emotional reactions and behavior, including: constant feeling of fear and anxiety, frustration, irritability, impatience, feeling of hopelessness, lower self-esteem — there will be a lot of talk about self-esteem in this program.

  • emotional instability, bad mood, pessimism, fearfulness, being tired or on edge, nervousness, anger, impulsiveness, short temper, avoiding contact with people or provoking conflicts and quarrels

  • Further, intellectual Reactions, including, among others: problems with concentration, memory, decision-making or cognitive processes, feeling of powerlessness, – this is important, as the feeling of powerlessness is the basis of lack of motivation, because motivation is what helps us accomplish each task.

  • Racing thoughts, feeling empty, gaps in memory, brain fog, irrational thinking, reduced efficiency and pace of work – this is also important and should be of interest to most people who are trying to achieve a goal. Excessive stress reduces work efficiency.

  • Slow reflexes – this is important for athletes, and further: limited perception of the world and its complexity, lack of self-control – this is also important as stress is the cause of self-control disorders, i.e. no self-discipline, which means you achieve less and everything takes more effort.
  • Narrowing the field of consciousness, very strong focus on one element of the environment or on one’s own situation, combined with complete ignorance of everything that is not directly related to it. – this is also important, i.e. being stuck in one’s own emotions. Exaggerating them and not being able to control them. We’ll also talk about having low energy and how you can turn that energy around.

  • Circulatory system problems. In extreme cases, it leads to myocardial infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.

  • Chronic stress does not spare the respiratory system.

  • As a result of chronic stress, disorders of the musculoskeletal system may develop. These include: lower back pain, neck stiffness, muscle pains, stiffening of muscles and tendons – as someone who has helped people recover from injuries, both athletes and non-athletes, I can say most were often psychosomatic, i.e. tensions in the mind which lead to tensions and contractions in many parts the body, which leads to various types of pain and injuries. The key was working with the head, not physical exercises or massages.

  • The effects of stress may also include: neurosis, depression, social phobias. People exposed to chronic stress are at risk of developing burnout. This is a state of frustration, fatigue and emotional exhaustion that occurs as a result of strong mental, emotional, and physical involvement in work, to such an extent that one eventually depletes their motivation and energy.

If you want to get rid of the root cause of many of these issues, order this program now, because it will allow you to shift from the heavy energy of stress to the lightness, grace, and ease of the Power of Nonchalance.
